  • 1919The Birth of El Huerto de Belda

    El Huerto de Belda was founded as a family farm passed down through generations. Its name honors the maternal grandfather’s surname and was born from the merging of lands after the marriage of our parents, who were neighbors and farmers.

  • 2008The Beginning of a Lifelong Dream

    We began our journey by enrolling in various courses on organic and biodynamic farming. The deep connection to our land became a life project—combining inherited wisdom with technical knowledge to preserve our family legacy.

  • 2011Organic Certification

    We obtained the official organic farming certificate from the Valencian Community, formalizing our commitment to responsible and environmentally respectful production.

  • 2015Demeter Certification

    Biohappy Sat received international recognition for our sustainable farming practices, winning the European Organic Farming Excellence Award.

  • 2025Commitment to the Land and to People

    We cultivate 14.25 hectares in La Ribera Alta (Valencia) with citrus fruits and kakis. We use organic manure, live hedges, beneficial fauna, drip irrigation, and protect a water canal as a wildlife refuge. Part of our surplus is donated to Cottolengo, and another part is used to produce dried kaki snacks.

Our lifelong goal has always been to sell directly to the final consumer, delivering tree-ripened, nutrient-rich fruit grown with purpose. We continue working to enhance biodiversity and ensure each fruit brings life from our land to your table.
